The following are to be taken into account for an
accepted paper:
Registration
An accepted paper must be registered, following the
registration form posted on the conference site. SCIEI
registration is “per paper”, this means that each accepted paper
must be registered on a separate registration form. If many
authors of the same paper intend to attend the conference, a
registration is needed for each attending author.
Papers which are not timely registered can not be considered
for publication in the proceedings or in any libraries. For any
email exchange please use to the information at the top of the
registration form.
Camera-ready
Please consider the reviewers' comments sent along with the
acceptance letter. It is important to keep the length of the
final version close to the version that has been reviewed to
preserve the quality of the paper.
Use the "Template" on each conference web page to get
instructions and steps to be followed for preparing the final
paper. Be sure you proceed the step for Copyright Transfer Form,
as the paper becomes the Copyright of Publishers.
Visuals
A presentation slide deck should be about 12-14 .ppt slides,
covering about 20 minutes of presentation. No special format is
required; use your own organization's template, if there is one.
There will be a computer (MS Power-Point Reader, Adobe Acrobat
Reader), video-projector, and laser pointer in each conference
room. Bring your presentation on a Memory Stick or bring your
own computer. Try to present the slides, not to read them!
Brief biography
The session chair will introduce every paper/speaker and keep
the schedule on time. Each presenter should provide a brief
biography to the session chair, before the session starts.
Biography should be 2-3 paragraphs long, printed or clearly
written by hand, containing:
- Title of the paper
- Authors
- Presenter
- Scientific background, positions, and research
activities of the presenter.
Note: this is rather very short, not a Resume.
